Southerland Communities Hosts a Custom Home Class and Tour at TerraMont for Area Realtors – 07/2009
Facilitated by The San Antonio Builder Guide, 130 Realtors attended as Jay Patterson of Southerland Communities, Deron Stadler of Stadler Custom Homes, Chuck Powell of CKC Custom Homes, and Becky Oliver of the Greater San Antonio Builders’ Association spoke about selling custom homes and homesites in communities like TerraMont. Top Producer Realtor, Missy Stagers, also shared her experiences working with clients interested in buying homesites and building a custom home. There was wonderful information sharing, a community tour of breathtaking TerraMont and a delicious lunch hosted at a Mattern & FitzGerald home.
